Description– TOA worked across multiple cities to deliver over 220,000 sq. ft. of high-performance workspace for Johnson Controls’ India GCC operations. Each office supports specialized functions such as smart infrastructure engineering, R&D, and global support.

The design blends consistency with contextual character—from exposed services and acoustic zoning to biophilic lounges and adaptive reuse of materials. Signature elements include tech-enabled collaboration areas, branded experience zones, and scalable open workplans that reflect JCI’s global workplace ethos.

More than just execution, this long-standing partnership reflects TOA’s strategic role in translating GCC objectives into environments that support productivity, innovation, and talent across key
delivery centers in India.
